If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with your exchanges or refunds. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with tags attached. All swimwear items must also have hygiene liners intact.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for shipping and paying associated costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
Please include your full name, order number, address and email in the return. This is needed to process the return, and without this information your refund may be delayed.
